Why Should You Join?

There are many reasons to join the Army Reserve, to challenge yourself, gain training in a new trade, develop leadership skills, adventure training and above all have fun doing these things.

The Army Reserve and in particular 32 Signal Regiment offers an experience that’s far from ordinary. From the flexible commitment to the world-class training you’ll receive, it has never been easier to keep your day job, whilst serving your community and nation.

Everyone in the Army Reserve has a life, they are civilians just like you. They have jobs, family commitments, sporting activities and a social life. That’s why 32 Signal Regiment is flexible when it comes to your Reserve service.

You will have lots of opportunity, a typical commitment is 28 days a year; with the flexibility to do more should you wish too. Remember, if your Reservist activities clash with your existing civilian commitments, simply speak to us and we will come to a shared solution.

Corporal Raby, a reservist from our Kohima troop in York, has represented the Army for the second time in the Army Skeleton Bobsleigh Team!
The event took place in La Plagne, France. Well done to all who took part in this amazing event! Very proud to have great talent in the Regiment!
